Overview

HVAC Product Manager is a full time, in office position at United Refrigeration Headquarters.

 

The Product Manager is responsible for guiding products throughout the life cycle, from conception, to launch, until it is eventually replaced. The product Manager must balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager oversees the entire life cycle of the product, including; market research, product and marketing strategy.

 

Core duties include:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitor products
  • Understanding & communicating market changes that effect brand acceptance & pricing
  • Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (purchasing, sales, marketing, and inventory control)
  • Monitoring inventory levels at Distribution Centers & branches
  • Assessing performance, gathering feedback, and initiating changes to improve sales & profitability
  • Managing timelines, and resources to achieve goals

  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
